This is one of my favorite med spas ever!!! Every time I come I feel completely cared for by Dr. Rachael. She took care of me when I needed help and no one else was available. She fixed me up and has made me beautiful on several other occasions. The fact that she is a doctor is so reassuring. She also has the most amazing, friendly personality!! I haven't been lucky enough to meet any of the other staff here, but I would recommend Riviere to anyone! They follow through and check in on you after treatments which is amazing. I recently got a lip filler treatment with Tracy and had such a great experience! Everyone there was super nice, friendly, and patient from the moment I walked in. The environment was clean and welcoming, which helped calm my nerves since I was a bit anxious about the whole process. Tracy was incredibly sweet and attentive — she took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I have been going to Riviere Med Spa for several years now, I have been getting lazar hair removal on my face and other such accessories and could not speak higher of the business to friends and family. This business has provided me with safe, painless, and extremely effective services every time I have an appointment. Peyton is an extremely kind and helpful person, and staff is friendly and welcoming each time I walk through the door. Love love love Riviere Med Spa! I’ve had lip fillers, painless laser hair removal and Botox for TMJ and a Botox brow lift here. - lips turned out flawless! It was my 5th time getting them, so mostly maintenance, but Racheal did exactly what I wanted, and used a nerve block so it was less painful than I traditionally have had. - the painless laser hair removal was exactly that. PAINLESS. Highly advise, I’ve had traditional and this is the way to go. Easy and fast. Pro tip : Show up with the area shaved the day of! - Botox for my TMJ was effective and I no longer grind my teeth at night as long as I keep my upkeep on my Botox. I get 25-30 units on each side. - Botox for uneven brows to lift my one lower brow was also super effective! I get 2-3 units on my left brow. If you have a brow dip/ uneven brows, GO FOR IT. I’ll be back I’m sure for many more treatments. ;) ~ Crass K

I had a very pleasant experience with Rivere. I had signed up for 6 laser hair removal treatments and the staff was very upfront about what to expect. The treatments themselves were painless and quick. Peyton the aesthetician who worked with me was very patient and answered all of my questions. She was very gentle and enquired about the growth before every treatment. I was quite happy with the results. My hair growth has not been as quick or thick, though I am not entirely hair free. But that was made clear to me before. I did sign up for a few extra treatments. I would highly recommend Riviere med spa for their professionalism and transparency ~ Lakshmi K

Tracy did such an amazing job with doing my Botox! I was a bit nervous because I had never done it before, but she put me at ease and made great decisions on what would be good for my facial features. It was quick, and I LOVE my results. I look so refreshed and awake. Completely got rid of my crows feet, 11’s and forehead lines. I will definitely be going back to her to get my lips done :) I also got Brazilian Laser Hair removal done by Peyton and it was a breeze. I’ve had Laser Hair Removal done at other places and it was very painful. Not with this laser! I was shocked at how quick and comfortable it was. 10/10 definitely recommend! ~ Emily N

I found Reviere about 8 months ago after doing a quick google search, and was so impressed by all of the positive reviews! I decided to book an appointment for IPL and I am SO glad I did! I’ve never had any type of facial treatments and was super nervous starting out, but Peyton was so friendly and thorough with explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. I’ve been going every month and always look forward to it. I’ve noticed such an improvement in my skin and have even tried some new treatments! My initial laser hair removal treatment used a machine with a cryo blast for cooling. I had a reaction to the cryo and talked to Riviere about it afterwards. They could not have been more kind and sincere. I expressed my hesitancy to come back for follow up treatments but they were very reassuring based on new equipment that did not use cryo. Not only that but they said this new machine was pain free. They offered a test area to prove their words so I returned. I am so glad that I did. The new machine truly is painless hair removal. Unbelievable! It has me referring everyone I know as well as considering other areas for hair removal. Not only is the machine pain free but the staff is professional and understanding. They have experience with the tools and services they offer so they can speak openly and honestly from a client’s perspective. And they treat you like a VIP which is always nice. ~ crista l

My first impression of this was " wow this is very clean". I have had botox in the past, but did not have a good experience. From the moment I walked through the door, Lauri was such a delight by explaining the different treatments and products they offered to introducing me to my injector, Nina. Nina was very patient with me as I asked questions about the different neurotoxins I had to choose from. She had a delicate and precise injection style( which made me trust her). I am very happy with my treatments that I returned for a hydra facial a week later! These ladies are fun, and make you feel confident leaving their spa. ~ Lauren K

I would like to start off by saying, absolutely great service. This was my first time visiting "Riviere". Their esthetician Ariel has magic in her hands. I left feeling relaxed and glowing. Ariel not only ensured that I was comfortable but also was great host. She even gave hand and shoulder massage, while I was under the light. The ambience is boutique, and they pay attention to your needs. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in and treat you like royalty. They recommended me some products but didn't push for anything-tips which are so common for facials aren't even expected when asked. They are medical spa they said-I still tipped her because of the exceptional experience. I cannot recommend them enough; they are truly a spa for everyone! Such an amazing experience from start to finish. The space is clean, professional, and welcoming, and you can tell right away you’re in good hands. I did a combination of RF microneedling and IPL, and my skin already looks smoother, brighter, and more even. The treatment felt very customized, and everything was explained clearly so I felt completely comfortable throughout. Finally happy with what I see in the mirror! I cannot recommend Rivière Med Spa enough! I’ve done two IPL facials here with different clinicians, and both were absolutely fantastic and my skin has for real never looked better. And the Botox has been a game changer. I have super strong eyebrow muscles and my 11 lines were really prominent even when smiling. Tracie, the RN who did my injections is top tier and a master of her craft. She completely smoothed out my forehead while keeping everything totally natural. And the glass skin this has given me! I'm already booked for filler at the end of the month and another round of Botox in May. I am getting married in August, so the idea was to hit the glow up hard, LOL. But my point is - I couldn't be more grateful for this team and their work. Did I also mention they are all super nice, not judgmental at all and very transparent and helpful with pricing?! I have pretty high standards when it comes to customer service, professionalism, and quality business practices, so when I give Riviere an A+ for all of the above- I think it’s pretty big deal. I got a “lip flip” done by Tina, and I was so impressed by how much time she took with me to make sure my result would be exactly what I wanted, and used her expertise to guide me in the right direction with my expectations. If you’re looking for a place for a one-time treatment or for regular upkeep of your skin look no further than Rivière Med Spa. Peyton, my aesthetician is very knowledgeable, friendly and truly professional. The management of the spa is excellent - clean and welcoming place, easy parking and easy to schedule. I like that I was able to learn about all the options available and decide that’s best for me without being pushed. I booked one of the amazing deals for Mother's day where I got a discounted hydrafacial and dermaplaning. I also got my first lip filler! Peyton was so sweet and calming with the facial. She walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. It was my first time with a hydrafacial and my skin is STILL glowing a week later! I did an acne treatment and normally I break out often but I have noticed a big difference in lack of acne!! Tracey did my filler and answered all of my questions and was very kind and comforting with my nerves. A numbing cream was used which really helped me calm down because I was pretty worried about the pain. The procedure was practically painless and I'm so happy with the results. I wanted a more natural look that still preserves my lip shape and I feel like she did that perfectly!!! Chhavi is also very informative and let me know of any deals and discounts going on which helped me make my big step of getting filler. I’ve been really pleased with all of my visits to Rivière. Tracy is an incredible aesthetician who really works with you to get the results you’re looking for, explains everything in detail, makes sure you’re comfortable, and she clearly knows her stuff. Pricing is what it should be, not overcharged like so many medspas. The staff is friendly and communicative. It’s nice being able to text, and changing appointment times has always been easy. I've been going to Riviere Med Spa for about a year now. I see Peyton and Ariel monthly for hydrafacials, microneedling, and chemical peels. I used to see Jessie prior to her leaving on maternity leave (Congratulations!), and since I've been seeing Rachael for Botox treatments. Everyone that works here is awesome and makes me feel very comfortable. My appointments are never rushed and all my questions are always thoroughly answered. I started my full-body laser treatment and have gotten my legs, back, and face done so far. I want to go to college next year without the pain of waxing/shaving. I had a facial from here for an acne flair up I've been experiencing for quite some time which had left my skin looking lifeless and overly textured. It went great! My face looks and feels better than it has since my breakout began. Perla (who conducted the facial) was not only gentle and precise, but she was extremely knowledgeable about different skin types and gave me plenty of ideas about potential product options I can try going forward. I was visiting Portland and wanted to get a Hydrafacial. My friend recommended Rivière and my experience was nothing less than stellar. They are all about customer service - they took such good care of me. The Hydrafacial left me feeling flawlessly clean and glowing. They answered all my questions patiently and also recommended some products for skincare but did not push me to get those. I got 2 of the products and am absolutely loving those!
